In stock items are usually processed and mailed within 1 business day, unless otherwise noted in an item's description. Expedited orders (USPS Express, FedEx Overnight, and FedEx Second Day) are mailed the same business day if payment clears before 1pm ET. If the order does not clear prior to the cutoff, the shipment may be delayed until the next business day. FedEx does not deliver express packages on weekends or holidays.
Delivery confirmation is included on all orders. Signature confirmation and/or other postal services are added on high value orders to ensure they arrive secure and undamaged. These services are included at no additional cost.
All transit times shown during checkout are estimates provided by the shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. They do not include order processing time, holidays, or other events which could delay the shipment.
Any order can be cancelled prior to being processed and the charge will be voided or refunded in full. Once an order has been allocated and packaged, it must be returned under the normal return policy.
Use the "Contact Us" page to request cancellations. Be sure to include the Order ID and use the same e-mail address the order was placed with. Orders can be shipped within minutes depending on when they are placed, so requests should be sent immediately.
Standard Return Policy:
- New items can be returned in their new, sealed condition within 30 days for a refund.
- Used items can be returned within 15 days for a refund.
- Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The original shipping charge and return shipping costs are not refunded.
- A restocking fee of up to 10% may be applied to returns to cover associated costs.
- Opened items with one-time use codes (installation, subscription, in-game content, etc) are not eligible for a refund.
- Items sold sealed must be returned sealed to be eligible for the full refund amount. Items returned opened will have up to 60% of the refund deducted to cover lost value.
- Items must be returned complete with all product packaging, accessories, and other parts to be eligible for a refund.
- Any items showing signs of use, or damage while in a customer's possession are ineligible for return.
- Serial numbers are recorded where applicable and must match the item returned. Any item returned with a different serial number, or an obscured/removed number will not be eligible for a refund.
- Certain items may only be returned for an exchange, and others may not be returned under any circumstance. Items ineligible for return under the standard policy will have a statement on the product description page detailing extra limitations.
Damaged / Defective Items:
- Items that arrive defective must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. These items can be returned for an exchange only.
- In instances where new, sealed items arrive defective, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the manufacturer for replacement or repair. At our discretion, we may offer assistance as a secondary resort.
